Returns
Returns are allowed within 30 days of invoice date. Items and packaging must be in original new condition.Check addition details below.
Thank you for taking a look at our products. We ship out of the USA not Japan, so shipping costs can be high if you are ordering from outside the USA
These Japanese-made bells are also available at many U.S. and International brick-n-mortar bike shops and online bike shops.

SHIPPING:
Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of order.
For USA orders, we ship via United Postal Service and charge a flat rate of $7.90.
For International Orders:
We do not calculate shipping at time of checkout. We charge up front the minimum $15 shipping AND then E-MAIL you if there is additional shipping costs. You have the option to cancel or proceed with order. Please double check you are giving us your correct email or your order may not ship out. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and fees your country may charge you.
SALES TAX:
We charge sales tax on most states in the USA.
RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please E-MAIL us for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Excepting shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price.
